You can enjoy this spectacular vista from the living room and the master bedroom, where you can relax in a king-size bed with an endless view of the beautiful Gulf. • Minimum Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent
• Identification: Photo ID is required at check-in
• Parking: Required parking passes must be purchased (max 2 passes/2 cars per reservation)
• Policies: No smoking and no pets allowed
• Linens: Provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels
• Starter Kit: Includes hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per can, and 1 roll of paper towels

Winter Season Policies: Reservations made prior to October 1st for January and February require a 60-day minimum stay; others are subject to cancellation. After October 1st, winter reservations may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights depending on specifications. Please call for special monthly "Snowbird" rates from November through February.
