• Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels
• Starter set included: Hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per can, and 1 roll of paper towels

Winter Getaway Policy: Reservations made before October 1st for January and February require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, minimum stays vary between three to seven nights. Monthly "Snowbird" rates are available for November through February upon request.
