Please be aware that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Per HOA bylaws, only two parking passes are allowed per rental; these must be purchased from the front desk upon arrival at a cost of $50 each and are not included in the rental total. Additionally, a minimum stay of seven nights is required during peak season, certain holidays, and special annual events like spring and fall break.
