The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware, and includes both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. A dedicated dining area comfortably seats six guests.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is a true retreat with brand new wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony entrance to enjoy spectacular beach views. It includes a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an en suite bathroom with a brand new vanity. The guest bedroom is nice and cozy, featuring a queen-sized bed with a new mattress set and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

• Access: This unit is on the elevated first floor; guests must take 10 stairs to enter as there is no elevator access to this specific level.
• Restrictions: Monthly rentals (two weeks or longer) are not permitted. The minimum age requirement to book is 25.
