The condo is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom provides breathtaking views of the Gulf and includes a spacious King bed. A cozy guest room offers a private retreat with a Queen bed, while a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress provides additional sleeping space for your group.

While the building offers a wealth of premier facilities, the individual unit is inviting and well-appointed. The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to prepare the catch of the day, and for your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located right in the unit. However, the true highlight is the balcony, which provides one of the best Gulf views on the island, stretching as far as the eye can see.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To rent this property, you must be at least 25 years of age, and a photo ID is required upon arrival. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted. Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival, with a maximum of 2 passes (2 cars) per reservation. While linens are provided, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Each stay includes a starter set of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels.

Winter Getaway Rules: Reservations made before October 1st for January and February require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, winter reservations may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights depending on specifications. Contact us for special monthly "Snowbird" rates from November through February.
