The sleeping arrangements are spread across three levels for maximum comfort: the main floor features a bedroom with a king-sized bed; the second story hosts three bedrooms, including two with queen-sized beds and one with a twin-over-full bunk bed; and the basement provides an additional private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The layout includes 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, supported by 2 bathrooms, including a half bath on the main floor and a full bath upstairs accessed via the bunk room.

Inside, the home is designed for gathering and relaxation. The main floor boasts a large kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking and an expansive living room with plenty of seating for the whole group. One of the most striking features is the expansive sunroom along the back of the house, which overlooks a beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit space.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the huge yard and ten acres of woods featuring maintained trails waiting to be explored.
