The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring two luxurious king master suites with their own private baths, a comfortable queen room, and a full-bunk room accessed through one of the king suites. Guests will also find a full bath upstairs to ensure convenience for everyone.

The main floor is dedicated to gathering and relaxation, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with an attached lounge area, a large dining room ideal for shared group meals, a cozy living room, a laundry area, and a convenient half bath. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because, before you arrive, we need to ensure that our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance have gone through the unit, and that the linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to the tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins; however, we make exceptions whenever possible if arrangements are made beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING This is a stand-alone unit; therefore, you will be the only guests on the premises during your stay. There is sufficient parking in the driveway.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY From the parking area, follow the sidewalk to the little side door. The lock is on the second door.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are allowed for a $50 per pet fee. ● No smoking ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please remove your shoes when entering the home. ● Please ensure that all trash is placed in the trash cans located through the blue door in the garage attached to the barn. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only dispose of toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for all other waste. ● If you break or damage something, please notify us, and we will work together to arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you require any additional towels or sheets during your stay, please feel free to use the washer and dryer as needed. ● Bath Towels: Extra bath towels are located in the bathroom. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the linen closet at the top of the stairs.

TV • The unit features a smart TV. • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

DEPARTURE • Please ensure the dishes are clean before you leave. • Please place all wet towels and washcloths in the hamper located in the laundry room. DO NOT PUT THEM ON BEDS! • Please do not strip the beds. • When you leave, please ensure the temperature is set to 68 degrees in winter and 72 degrees in summer.
