• Rental Eligibility: Guests must be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation; passes are available for purchase upon arrival or through the office.
• House Rules: Smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed.
• Winter Season: Reservations for January and February made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, minimums shift to three or seven nights depending on unit specifications.
• Supplies: Linens are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set including hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels is provided.
