For entertainment and productivity, the living room includes multiple seating options, a desk workspace, and a large Roku TV for streaming. A private laundry closet is conveniently located just off the kitchen, providing an all-in-one laundry center for your stay.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To secure your booking, guests must acknowledge the house rules, sign a rental agreement via the booking software, provide a full list of guests (maximum 2), and submit a copy of a photo ID.

Cancellation Policy: 97% of total charges are refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; 47% are refunded if cancelled more than 14 days prior; no refund is issued for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
