Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. All guests are required to sign a reservation agreement upon booking to receive check-in instructions. Regarding parking, HOA bylaws limit rentals to only two parking passes per condo. These passes are not included in the rental total and must be purchased from the front desk upon arrival for $50 each.
