The additional guest rooms are designed for maximum versatility, each featuring 2 Queen beds. One guest room enjoys the convenience of a private bath, while the second is served by a bathroom located just across the hall.

Guests have access to an impressive suite of facility amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. You can choose between the indoor pool with a dedicated child area or the outdoor pool. For those seeking leisure, the property offers an outdoor lazy river, an outdoor hot tub, and a tiki bar for refreshing drinks. An exercise room is also available for those looking to maintain their wellness routine during their stay. Inside the condo, a fully equipped kitchen allows you to feed your clan at home or prepare snacks before exploring the vast bounty of local fare.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be advised that the entire property is smoke-free, and the HOA maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking. Pets are not permitted, and the minimum age for rental is 25 years. To ensure a smooth arrival, the code to the parking garage and building will be emailed 4 days prior to your visit. Parking in the garage is restricted to the 2nd through 4th levels; only high-top vehicles unable to navigate the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Please note that motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property, and non-high-top vehicles parked on the ground level are subject to fines or towing by the HOA.
