The first floor also hosts the master bedroom with a king bed and a master bath featuring a vanity, tub, and separate shower. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—along with a second bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.

For those who love the outdoors, this property is a paradise. The home provides exceptional access to the water via a floating dock, ramp, deck, and patio. Fishing enthusiasts can utilize the dock or deck, which includes a fish cleaning station, or dock their own boat for ocean excursions. To explore the nature of the marsh, the rental provides five adult kayaks and three kids' kayaks, along with supplied life jackets. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a hammock, a swing, a firepit, a large outdoor grill, and a NEW outdoor hot tub. A cornhole board and bags are also available for entertainment.

Located in a quiet residential community, you are just a short drive from the best of the Grand Strand. Local favorites like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, and the Carolina Opry are nearby. The area is renowned for its seafood, fine dining, dinner shows, amusement rides, and championship golf courses.

• Pets: Small pets allowed (35 lb weight limit). A $100 non-refundable pet fee and $250 refundable pet deposit apply.

• Policies: No groups or house parties. Strict adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required.
