• Parking: Space for 3 large vehicles; street parking is not permitted.
• Pets: Allowed (max 2 pets, 60lbs and under, non-aggressive breeds). Pets must be house-trained, vaccinated for rabies, and treated for fleas. A non-refundable fee of $20 per pet, per day applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Additional Rules: A separate rental agreement and government ID are required after booking. The property is child-friendly but not baby-proofed. For stays of 29 days or longer, mandatory cleanings/inspections every 2-4 weeks are required at a cost of $150 per clean.
