• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South). A valid ID is required.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM. Please remove food from the refrigerator and start the dishwasher before departing.
• Policies: No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed.
• Restrictions: No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers allowed onsite.
• Age Requirement: For all non-family groups, every guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in.
