The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The downstairs area is anchored by a master bedroom featuring 1 King bed and an attached full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 2 additional bedrooms that share a second bathroom. For added excitement, there is a bonus game room area complete with a mini arcade and a unique Tee Pee, providing the perfect camp-out spot for children. A special bonus room located off the bunk room even offers views of the beach when the blinds are open.

Key interior highlights include a remodeled kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, which opens directly into a beautiful, fully fenced courtyard—an ideal space for your pets to stretch their legs. To enhance your stay, all linens are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Located on 16th Ave S in the ever-popular Crescent Beach Section, Brick Rowe Retreat is just one block and a quick 5-minute walk from the white sand beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Because there is no HOA, guests are encouraged to bring or rent a golf cart from a local provider to explore all of North Myrtle Beach with ease.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs permitted). A fee of $75 per pet applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds, and owners must pick up after them.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and odor removal.
• Events: No parties or events allowed; violators are subject to immediate eviction without reimbursement.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs are provided for streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc.); guests must use their own accounts as no cable TV is provided.
• Supplies: A starter kit of essential supplies is provided for the first night.
