This spacious home is designed for relaxation and group harmony, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is thoughtfully split, with two bedrooms on each side of the home and shared bathrooms in between. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen beds in two guest rooms, and two Twin beds in the fourth bedroom. For added convenience, both bathrooms feature shower-tub combinations.

• Smoking: Non-smoking property (permitted only outside or on balconies with doors shut)
• Occupancy: Strictly limited to the number of guests on the reservation; unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $100 per person per night
• Noise: Local ordinances prohibit excessive noise between 11 PM and 7 AM; noise monitors are installed to ensure compliance
• Supplies: A starter set of toiletries, soaps, shampoos, and trash bags is provided; guests are responsible for replenishing these during their stay
