Located on the 3rd floor of a 3-story building, this spacious retreat provides extra serenity with no neighbors above you. The layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a King bed and a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (a double on the bottom and a twin on the top). Each room is designed with coastal-inspired decor to ensure comfort and privacy for every member of your group.

Practical information for your visit: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be aware that this is a low-rise building with no elevator, so stairs are required to reach the 3rd floor. To ensure a pleasant environment for all, this is a non-smoking property (smoking inside results in a $500 fee) and pets are not allowed. Additionally, parties and events are strictly prohibited, and golf carts or motorcycles are not permitted on the premises. A basic supply starter kit is provided to help you settle in on your first night.
