This spacious and inviting retreat is designed for family and friends, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment in a prime coastal location.

The home features 4 bedrooms and a flex game room, with 3.5 bathrooms, providing roomy accommodations for up to 13 guests. Sleeping arrangements include very comfortable beds in large bedrooms and a convertible futon couch in the game room, with extra twin mattresses available if needed. For those needing to stay productive, two of the bedrooms are equipped with desks, and a cozy reading nook provides additional quiet workspace.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can relax by the brand-new private pool (opened in 2025), which comes complete with lounge chairs, floats, an umbrella, and a basketball hoop. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and safety, making it a wonderful spot for children and pets. A covered porch with overhead fans offers a relaxing space for morning coffee or evening cocktails, while the area under the house serves as a dedicated hangout zone with a bar, ping pong table, corn hole, and ladder ball.

Dogs must be current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention, are not allowed on furniture or in the pool, and owners must provide their own crates. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

3. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 80lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no pets, and evidence of pets is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-refundable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee. Dogs are NOT allowed to go in the pool. Failure to follow this rule will result in costs to fix the pool pump.
1. Stay off the Dunes! Dogs must stay leashed on the beach during the summer!
2. No unregistered guests allowed.
3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
4. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm.
5. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
6. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
7. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
8. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
9. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
10. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost

16.*Please note there are external cameras on this property, front and back. These are only used when vacant and for emergencies.

17. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.
