This spacious single-family home is designed for group gatherings and family fun. The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The top floor serves as the primary social hub, boasting an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with balcony access. For entertainment, this level includes a foosball table and two bedrooms: one oceanfront bedroom with a king bed and another featuring two double beds, both sharing the main bathroom.

Descending the spiral staircase leads you to the lower level, where you'll find the secluded master suite featuring a king bed and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Also on this level is a bedroom with two twin beds and a second full bath, as well as an additional den equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property with no elevator. Please note that a security deposit applies and departure cleaning is included. Occupancy must never exceed the owner's limit of 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), and events such as weddings, parties, or reunions are strictly prohibited.

We are dog-friendly with a non-refundable pet charge and specific restrictions. Per Pleasure Island ordinances, leashed dogs are permitted any time from October 1st to March 31st. From April 1st to September 30th, dogs are allowed from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM only. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, must not be on furniture, and must be crated if left alone.
