New parking system effective April 1, 2025: $20/day for days 1-3, free days 4-7, $5/day thereafter. Slow season parking capped at $60 total stay. Payment via QR code on-site, tracked by license plate. Cancellation policy: 100% refund 30+ days prior, 50% refund 14-30 days prior, no refund under 14 days.
