Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM (no early check-in available), and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Parking is registration-based via a WebApp or online using a unique access code; no cash is accepted. The fee schedule is $20 per day for days 1-3, free for days 4-7, and $5 per day from day 8 onwards (capped at $60 for stays from November to March). U-hauls, trailers, boats, and buses are prohibited.

Note: A door painting project is scheduled for April 27, 2026, with work on the 9th and 10th floors occurring June 1–June 5 from 9 am to 5 pm.
