This spacious cottage accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring a king bed, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower, all overlooking the front porch. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, closet, dresser, and bench, with views overlooking the backyard fire pit. These rooms share a well-appointed hallway bathroom equipped with a tub and shower combination.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is designed for relaxation with plenty of seating and a large screen smart TV with extended cable. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting a walk-in pantry, drip coffee maker, blender, Dutch oven, and a complete bar set with cocktail recipe cards. 3. Limit of 1 Dog - A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 1 dog, a $500 pet fee will be charged.

Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island, which is 11 pm.
Please do not turn the AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible for paying for damages that may happen during your stay.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dishwasher pods can be found in your welcome bag.)
Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)

15. If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship them back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost

16. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in the tenant's removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.
