This inviting coastal cottage is perfectly positioned just a short three-block walk from the sandy ocean's edge, offering the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure.

The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a King bed and an extra-large walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a King bed, a third bedroom featuring two Full beds, and a cozy loft with three Twin beds in a bunk style. For added convenience, USB ports are located beside the beds for easy device charging. The bathrooms feature rain shower heads in the tub and shower combinations.

Experience the best of coastal living with a variety of outdoor spaces, including two screened porches and two decks. Enjoy a morning coffee on the front deck in the rockers or take in the ocean view from the upper screened porch. The lower screened porch provides a wonderful space for alfresco dining or family games. Inside, the open-concept living area and large kitchen are built for gathering, featuring a kitchen bar that seats four and a dining area for six. For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs with Roku and cable, a complete Harry Potter DVD set, a dartboard, and a wide assortment of puzzles and games.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (maximum 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined). A non-refundable $200 pet fee is required before check-in. Dogs must be current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds. Strictly no cats allowed.
Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

1. No parties or events allowed. This includes highschool and college celebrations of any kind.
2. No smoking or drugs allowed. This includes synthetic drugs meant to mimic original drugs or items that fall under the NC Farm Bill & This rule includes vapes/ electronic cigarettes or pods. Failure to follow will incur a $500 fee.
3. Only Dogs allowed. Limit of 2 dogs. A separate $200 pet fee is due after the booking is made if dogs are going to come.
4. Home is NOT child proof, please be aware this is an elevated home with no ground level rooms.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm.
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag, extras under sink)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. No climbing on Dunes, stay on designated paths.
16. Booking member must be 25 years of age or older and on site of the property at all times during the booking dates. If found the booking member is not on property during the stay, all guest(s) acknowledge they forfeit their booking. There will be no refund for breaking this house rule. Immediate eviction or cancellation of booking will be taken.
17. If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost
