Both bedrooms boast character-filled vaulted ceilings and are equipped with one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed each. The shared bathroom is updated with modern fixtures and a tub/shower combination.

Inside, the charming living room invites you to leave the hustle and bustle behind with plush leather seating, a large flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. High ceilings flood the space with natural light, while subtle nautical accents reflect the seaside location. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for everything from cocktails to full meals, featuring a large peninsula with bar seating for four.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to two). A $175 fee covers one dog, with an additional $50 fee for a second dog. Only dogs are permitted.
• Cooling/Heating: There is no central AC; cooling is provided via a mini-split system in the main living area, window units in the bedrooms, and fans throughout.
• Laundry: No washing machine or dryer is available on-site.
• Stay Requirements: Minimum stay requirements vary by season. Peak summer months require a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern.
