The home's heart is a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. To make meal preparation even easier, the space is outfitted with an air fryer, electric griddle, and a standalone ice maker. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or head outdoors for an al fresco experience.

Step outside to a lovely outdoor space featuring a grill and fire pit with ample seating, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. A privacy fence, installed in February 2025, completely secures the backyard, providing a safe area for children and pets to play.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to two dogs permitted). Dogs must be under 50 lbs and kept off the furniture. A pet fee is included for the first dog, with an additional fee for a second dog. Only dogs are permitted.
• Stay Requirements: Minimum stay requirements vary by season. Peak summer months require a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern.
• Included: Linens are provided, including flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
• Beach Credit: Reservations of 3 to 21 nights between April 1 and October 31 include a credit for beach gear rentals such as bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, carts, kayaks, and paddleboards.
