The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms—each with a private bath—and two bunk rooms featuring twin-over-full bunk beds (please note that top bunks support a maximum weight of approximately 135 lbs). For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Every inch of the home has been updated, boasting new linens, new king mattresses, and new decor. The upper level is highlighted by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that frame stunning ocean views. Practical Info & Rules:

• A signed Rental Agreement is required; the primary guest must be present throughout the stay.
• Security Deposit: A $395 hold will be placed on your credit card prior to arrival.
• Pets: One small dog (over 12 months) is allowed with a non-refundable $250 charge. The dog must be housebroken, up-to-date on shots, and kept crated when unattended. No other pets are permitted.
• Stairs: Please be aware there are many stairs throughout the property, some of which are steep.
• Beach towels must be provided by guests.
