Cub's Cottage enjoys an exceptional Oak Island location within five minutes of diverse shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The beach access is just a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away, while Publix grocery, Middleton Park, Oak Island Nature Center, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are all within minutes.

Important Guest Information: Guests must be at least 23 years old with the reservation holder present throughout the stay. Non-family groups require all members to be 23+. Pet fee is $150 for up to 2 pets. Payment requires 50% at booking, remainder due 30 days before arrival. Fines up to $150 may apply for unregistered pets, unauthorized late departure, or excessive mess. WiFi outages are addressed promptly but refunds aren't provided for connectivity issues.
