The home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum privacy with 5 master en-suites. The main level hosts a plush King bed with a private sitting area and smart TV. The upper level offers two more en-suites with plush King beds, both featuring Juliet balconies. The lower level provides a Queen bed in one en-suite and two Queen beds in the fifth en-suite, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. All bed and bath linens are provided.

Designed for entertainment, the interior boasts two family rooms, a cozy propane fireplace, and a variety of games including a poker table, arcade game, shuffleboard, and various board games. The modern, stocked chef's kitchen is an open-concept space with a table seating 12 and a bar that seats 4, equipped with a coffee brewer, French press, and Keurig machine.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can unwind in the 8-person spa hot tub on the lower-level screened porch or gather around the massive firepit with provided firewood and eight Adirondack chairs. The home also features a screened-in furnished porch, an open deck with a grill, and on-site frisbee golf. For nature lovers, there is direct access to a hiking trail system with a trailhead located right on the road.

Located just 5 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs, you are moments away from one of America's top 10 small towns, renowned for its natural mineral springs, salt caves, and eclectic artisan shopping.
