1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.  3. Limit of 2 Dogs, combined weight of 80lbs - A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing 2 dogs. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
3. No Cats or reptiles, etc.
4. No unregistered guests allowed. 
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 
6. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm. 
7. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 
9. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
12. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)

15. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in tenant(s) removal from the property and forfeiture of rent money.

16. If there are any personal items left behind and you would like us to ship back, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the shipping cost

17. *Please note there are external cameras on this property, front and back. These are only used when vacant and for emergencies.

18.  Tenant is responsible for all golf cart damages, repairs, and any traffic or parking citations incurred during the rental period.
