Located directly on the white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores, this home base allows you to step from your elevator straight onto the sand. Practical Information and Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and photo identification is required upon arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars per reservation, and parking passes must be purchased upon arrival or through the management office.

Linens are provided, though guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set containing hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels is included. For winter stays (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. After October 1st, minimum stays of three or seven nights may apply. Monthly Snowbird rates are available from November through February.
