This ocean side unit (Unit 2) offers a stunning escape, perfect for couples or small families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Having undergone over 1 million dollars in renovations, the space is newly decorated and stylish, ensuring that your stay is a key memory in your ocean experience.

The property features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a private juliet balcony providing side ocean views. For additional guests, a cozy alcove located between the living room and master bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and its own closet.

Guests can enjoy amazing ocean views from the main balcony, which overlooks the dunes and the surf. The interior is designed for comfort and convenience, with a kitchen fully equipped for meal preparation. To make packing light duty, the host provides all bed and bath linens, beach towels, hair dryer, toiletries, and cleaning supplies, including laundry items. For beach enthusiasts, the unit also provides beach/sand chairs, sand toys, and games.

Located near the North end of the beach, the property offers private beach access, a rinse station, and a dedicated dog walk area. When the sun sets, the night views of the incredibly bright stars and ocean breezes are almost as beautiful as the daytime sunshine and sea.

Practical details include free parking located underneath the building. While spaces are undesignated and each unit is allotted one space, some spots are deep enough to fit two standard vehicles front to back. A public lot on Sandpiper Ln is also available for $25/day.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property is pet-friendly for dogs only; up to two dogs are allowed (preferably 50 lbs or less) with a fee of $100 per pet. We look forward to hosting your next trip to our beautiful beaches!
