The upstairs level provides a bedroom with two singles and a bunk, another bedroom with a queen and single, and a final full bathroom.

• Long-term stays: Guests staying 14 nights or longer must e-sign a rental agreement
• HOA Regulations: Strict no-party rule and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Improper trash disposal or rule violations result in a $250 fine per occurrence
• Note: The community pool is not available for guest use
