• Parking: Guests must purchase a parking pass upon arrival separate from the reservation ($50 each, max 2). One assigned covered space is provided, but the pass is still required. A third vehicle may be parked at the office (2 miles away) for $50.
• Arrival Tip: Access the property via the main front entrance off Perdido Beach Blvd; do not follow GPS to the back locked gate.
• Policies: No over-occupancy. All guests must follow posted HOA rules and quiet hours. Guests under 25 must contact the host for additional rental requirements.
