This stunning ocean-side retreat (Unit 4) offers some of the most amazing views in the entire building, ensuring your stay is a key memory. From the incredibly bright stars at night to the daytime sunshine and surf, the ambiance here is designed for total relaxation.

The layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom. The spacious master suite is a true sanctuary, offering a side ocean view from the bed and its own private juliet balcony. For additional guests, the living room includes a full pull-out sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people, bringing the total guest capacity to 4.

Following extensive renovations, the interior is newly decorated to be stylish, fresh, and clean, providing a genuine home away from home experience. To make your packing light duty, the unit is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, along with provided bed and bath linens, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys.

Guests enjoy exceptional access to the shoreline with private beach access, a convenient rinse station, and a dedicated dog walk area. The property is perfectly positioned near the North end of the beach, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local coastal charm.

Parking is free and located underneath the building with undesignated spaces. While each unit is allotted one space, several spots are deep enough to fit two standard vehicles front to back. For those with larger vehicles or extra cars, a public lot is available one building over on Sandpiper Ln for $25/day (9am to 8pm).

• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or less) are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.
