Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the main level: the first bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bath, the second contains two twin beds with a shared bath, and the third provides a full-size bed with a twin trundle, also utilizing the shared bath.

Inside, a vintage Scandinavian vibe greets you with warm wood tones, curated furnishings, and collector's plates that double as art. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow the forest to become part of the room, while the open living area is equipped for both relaxation and productivity. • Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome; however, cats are not permitted due to allergies. A pet fee of $29 per pet, per night applies.
• House Rules: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Proper trash disposal is required. Violations of these HOA rules will result in a $250 fine per violation.
• Long-Term Stays: Guests staying 14 nights or longer must e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• Note: The community pool is not accessible to guests.
