This spacious cottage is designed for connection and comfort, accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs area includes two spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and two full bathrooms. The third bedroom is located on the ground level and is accessed via a private exterior entrance, featuring two full-size beds and its own bathroom.

Inside, you will find cozy and sophisticated living spaces. The main living room boasts a smart streaming TV, a DVD player, and a collection of puzzles and board games. A bright sunroom provides additional relaxation with a day bed, trundle, and a dining table for six. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is complemented by a dedicated coffee bar featuring a Keurig K-Duo Essentials maker. For those seeking the outdoors, the home offers a side deck with a bar and stools, a patio with four rocking chairs, and a private dock complete with an Adirondack rocking chair and swinging chair.

Located just two blocks from the 20th Street walkway, the beach is a short 12-15 minute walk or a quick 5-10 minute drive. Guests can enjoy the abundant wildlife of the Davis Canal right from their doorstep.

Practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and sign the rental agreement within 48 hours. A security deposit of $400 is required. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $100 for up to two dogs ($25 for a third dog if approved); dogs must be crated when unattended and kept off furniture. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside. Peak season bookings (mid-May through Labor Day) require specific Friday/Monday patterns, and July bookings must be 7-night Friday-to-Friday stays. Low season requires a minimum two-night stay. Please note that swimming in the canal is not recommended due to alligators and oyster beds.
