Inside, the home blends modern comfort with rustic charm. The living space features a wood stove to keep you cozy at night, complemented by baseboard heaters for effortless warmth. A fully-stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave, allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. The outdoor areas are designed for maximum enjoyment, featuring a deck perfect for grilling and an outdoor hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The property is dog-friendly, though cats cannot be accommodated due to allergies; a pet fee of $29 per dog per night applies. Please be aware that the property is accessed via gravel, winding mountain roads, and a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. For stays of 14 nights or longer, a signed rental agreement is required.

To maintain a peaceful environment, guests must adhere to the Super Neighbor Policy: occupancy is strictly limited to 8 people with no events allowed, parking is permitted in the driveway only, and noise ordinances must be respected from 10pm to 8am. Additionally, guests must observe posted speed limits and ensure no loose trash is left in the yard. Violations of these HOA and County rules may result in a $200 fine. Please note the minimum booking age is 25.
