You are just 15 minutes away from Cacapon State Park, where you can enjoy free entry to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, a beach, a small lake, a golf course, horse stables, and a clay shooting range. A short 20-minute drive takes you into Berkeley Springs, a town recognized as one of the top arts communities in the US, known for its impressive shopping, spa, and restaurant scene.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum booking age is 25; reservations made by guests under 25 will be cancelled. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $29 per pet, per night, though cats cannot be accommodated due to allergies. For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Please note that while our team sweeps the deck and walkways before every visit, the natural woodland setting may result in occasional leaves or pollen.
