Discover a peaceful mountain escape in Augusta, West Virginia, where quiet nights and starry skies set the tone for a relaxing stay. This inviting glamping dome is designed for slowing down and soaking in nature without giving up modern convenience, blending thoughtful furnishings with an immersive experience in the heart of the mountains.
The interior follows a single-level layout featuring one bedroom with a king bed, providing a cozy place to rest after a day of exploration. The home is completed by one full bathroom and a kitchen designed for easy, satisfying meals.
Key Features & Amenities:
Nestled on a wooded hillside within the private Cooper Mountain retreat, the dome is adjacent to a private nature preserve with trails to explore. While the property is part of a shared natural setting with two other nearby domes—one approximately 60 feet away and another further off—your space remains secluded with its own private deck and outdoor amenities.
Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests booking stays of 14 nights or longer will be required to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival to comply with local requirements.
Because this is an immersive nature-based stay, the dome is not sealed like a traditional home, meaning occasional insects may enter, particularly during spring and summer. Additionally, while the team cleans the decks and walkways before arrival, natural debris like leaves or pollen may be present. Due to the remote mountain location, Wifi speeds may occasionally vary.
Whether you are looking to disconnect from the world or simply enjoy a unique retreat, this dome offers the perfect balance of cozy comfort and breathtaking natural beauty.
