Welcome to our Wrightsville Beach Penthouse! This cozy house is perfect for your family's next vacation or couples retreat, offering a special experience in the heart of North Carolina's coast.

Occupying the entire top floor of the building, this home is affectionately known as the "Penthouse." Because the lot sits at the highest point on Wrightsville Beach, guests can enjoy truly remarkable views of both the ocean and the sound. Start your mornings watching the sunrise from the ocean view deck with a cup of coffee before heading out for a day in the sun.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This well-appointed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping configuration includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom featuring a double bed and a bunk bed. For additional flexibility, a single memory foam mattress pad is available. Each room is adorned with fresh, crisp linens featuring beautiful coastal themes and comfortable mattresses protected by regularly updated protectors.

Location & Neighborhood Location is everything here. The home is situated on a quiet road just off the downtown Wrightsville strip. One of the area's most popular beach accesses is located approximately 50 yards from the front door. Within 100 yards, you will find buzzing restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, local groceries, surf shops, and rental stores, making this the most convenient location on the island.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To access the unit, guests must walk up two flights of stairs to the third floor. To keep the interior pristine, we ask that you always rinse your sandy feet at the outdoor hose or shower before entering the house. If you use the grill and finish the propane tank, we kindly ask that you refill or replace it; a convenience store is less than 5 minutes away.

Bring your personal items and some groceries, and everything else is taken care of. We adore our home and hope to share its special charm with you!
