Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and a large glass door shower in the en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two sets of bunk beds (each featuring a twin on top and a full on bottom). A shared hall bath provides a convenient tub and shower combination for all guests.

Step inside to a coastal-inspired open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The space is filled with comfy seating, a large screen TV with a sound bar, and a variety of games for all ages. The kitchen is well-equipped for any culinary endeavor, featuring a fascinating metal fish wall decoration and an array of small appliances including an Instant Pot, Air Fryer, Crock Pot, and a dual coffee maker for both drip and K-Cup preferences.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. Linens are included, and a welcome bag with starter supplies is provided upon arrival.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (80 lbs combined), payable before check-in. Dogs must be current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention; no dogs are allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own crate. Strictly no cats allowed. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Note: The property has two external security cameras (driveway and doorbell) used only when the home is vacant. Additionally, land clearing and building have begun on the adjacent lot.

3. Limit of 2 dogs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking. If more than 2 dogs are brought, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this rule will result in additional cleaning charges. Cats are strictly not allowed in the home.
