This floor includes two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—sharing a full bath with a tub and shower combo, plus a half bath for guests.

The third floor is a virtual get-away, featuring a beautiful and spacious Master suite with a comfy king bed, TV, and a private deck with ocean views. The ensuite is equipped with a jetted soaking tub and a beautiful walk-in shower. Also on this level is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a TV/DVD player, perfect for keeping the little ones tucked away.

The ground level serves as a great in-law suite with a private entrance, a full bath, a king bed, a full futon, and a TV. There is also an additional den with a sitting area featuring a second full-size futon and a foosball table.

• Restrictions: No events (weddings, reunions, parties), no smoking, and no parking on the grass. Parking is available for 6 vehicles.
• Note: No elevator. Linens, towels, and soap products are not provided but are available for rent.
