Designed for comfort and style, this home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing a restful escape for up to 8 guests. The interior boasts a bright and airy reverse floor plan specifically crafted to maximize the surrounding views. You will love the open-concept living and dining area, which creates a welcoming space for gathering, alongside a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing family meals after a day in the sun.

Step outside to the spacious decks to enjoy breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway—an ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as boats drift by at sunset. Guests also enjoy access to Turtle Cove's community features, including a refreshing pool and private beach access, ensuring a carefree vacation by the sea.

To ensure a seamless stay, all Coastal Premier Properties rentals provide essential linens, including a full set for each bed, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person, as well as a bathmat for each full bath. Please note that bed making is not available. A starter kit is also provided, containing one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, one small dish soap, and two dishwasher tablets. Additional towel sets may be ordered for $10 per set.
