CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING Pine Grove Cottage is a stand alone unit; therefore, you will be the only guests on the premises during your stay. There is sufficient parking on the blacktop driveway. Just a word of caution… You might want to back into the parking space coming off the road. That way you can pull out onto the road when ready to leave.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY From the parking area, follow the sidewalk to the breezeway between the house and the garage. You will find the smart lock located on the door inside the breezeway.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are allowed if arrangements are prior. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking on premises. ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please be sure to put all trash in the barrels in the garage!
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever needed. ● Bath Towels: You can find the extra bath towels in the closet outside the bathroom door in the hallway. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the closets for that specific bed. ● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen.

TV • There is no TV in the unit. (We encourage family time) • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

CONTACT DETAILS Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests via messaging. DEPARTURE • Please make sure the dishes are cleaned before you leave. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.

• Please put all wet towels and wash clothes in the clothes hamper located in the closet outside the bathroom door. DO NOT PUT THEM ON BEDS! • Please strip the beds that were used and put the sheets on a pile on the beds. • When you leave, please make sure the temp is set at 72 degrees.
