The updated kitchenette is ready for action with a full fridge, microwave and convection oven, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig Duo, and an ice maker. The living and bedroom areas each feature massive 55-inch Roku-enabled TVs. For added convenience, touch lamps with built-in USB/USB-C ports and additional nightstand plugs keep everyone connected. The bathroom is equipped with Sojo-branded bath amenities and a tub/shower combo with a grab bar for safety. You will also find extra hooks by the front door to keep your beach gear organized.

Located in a prime area, you can forget your ride in the convenient parking lot and explore on foot. Local shops, killer local eats, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. For those needing a refresh, guest laundry is available on the second floor.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent.
• Parking: One car per unit; additional vehicles must use paid public parking per strict HOA rules.
• Pool: Area open 8am-8pm year-round; swimming is permitted from April 1st to October 30th.
• Rental Agreement: A signed agreement must be completed via text within 48 hours of booking to confirm the stay.
• Security: Cameras are located in common areas, including the pool.
• Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed (max 2) with prior approval. A non-refundable fee applies ($25/night per pet or $200 per pet for stays 8+ nights). Service animals are welcome without charge but must be disclosed at booking. Dogs are permitted on the beach strand only from October 1–March 31 and must be leashed.
