Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure the quality of the home, guests are required to sign a renters agreement and provide a $100 security deposit upon booking to cover potential damages. Regarding cancellations, a 100% refund of total booking charges is available if canceled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date; however, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within the 14-day window.
