The layout is designed for privacy and flow; the main level boasts a giant open living area with picture windows and sliding glass doors that frame stunning lake views. This level includes a dining table for six and a well-equipped kitchen with a six-seater breakfast bar. The primary bedroom on this floor is a true retreat, featuring an ensuite bathroom, a reading nook, a work desk and chair, and its own deck access. Two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo are also located on the main floor.

Descending to the bottom floor, you will find a second full kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The lower level is dedicated to fun, featuring a game room and TV lounge area that lead out to a covered patio via three sliding glass doors. The final two bedrooms are situated here, including a four-sleeper bunk room.
