This home accommodates up to 7 guests with a thoughtful layout consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and its own TV for your convenience. To ensure everyone has a place to rest, the living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized ottoman. Guests will also appreciate the updated kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings right.

While the condo is a sanctuary of its own, the complex provides fantastic facilities to enhance your stay. You can spend your days lounging by the outdoor pool, cooking on the BBQ grills, or exploring the pier on Little Lagoon. For those who love the water, the stunning white sand beach that Gulf Shores is famous for is located just across the street. Boaters will be pleased to find available boat slips and a dock on-site.

Located approximately 3.5 miles down West Beach Blvd, you are perfectly positioned for easy access to local shopping, dining, and a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you are seeking an adventurous getaway or a quiet place to unwind, this location is ideal.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and must provide a photo ID upon arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Parking passes are required for up to 2 cars and can be purchased upon arrival or via the management office. While linens are provided, guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set of hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels is provided upon arrival.

For those considering a winter escape, please be aware that reservations for January and February made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, minimum stays range from three to seven nights. Monthly "Snowbird" rates are also available from November through February for extended stays.
