• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old; photo ID is required at check-in
• Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed
• Vehicle registration tags are required (max two cars allowed)
• Linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach towels
• A starter set of hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels is included
• Winter Season (Jan/Feb) Policy: Reservations made before Oct 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After Oct 1st, minimums may vary between three to seven nights
• Monthly "Snowbird" rates may be available from November through February
