This unique architectural gem is designed for comfort and intimacy. The layout features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, and 1 bathroom. The main floor houses the first bedroom and the bathroom, which includes a sink, toilet, and stand-up shower. A steep, narrow spiral staircase leads to the second level, where the second king bedroom is located. Guests will find the open living space impressive, featuring a couch and Roku TV, along with a dedicated laundry space tucked behind blue curtains on the main floor.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a full stay. The main floor includes a full kitchen featuring an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Keurig Coffee Maker, complemented by a small dining table with seating for two. To ensure a cozy atmosphere, the building is well-insulated and utilizes a ductless system for heating and cooling. Outside, guests can enjoy a firepit area with seating for cozy evenings by the campfire or explore the woods and the steep path leading down to the creek.

Located just outside the Village of Waterford, the property is situated off a two-mile gravel road. While the treehouse sits behind another rental and near neighboring houses, guests will feel complete privacy once inside. Please be aware that the driveway is narrow and may be challenging for large vehicles or during snowy conditions.
